ResortPass is fine overall, but am I the only one who gets annoyed by how random the pass availability feels? I’ll see a hotel pop up one day, then the next day it’s totally gone, especially on weekends. I did find a few good options, but I had to keep checking back a bunch. It’s definitely useful if you’re flexible, but if you already have a specific date in mind, it can be kind of frustrating.

"Parking was easy and we got in quick"
It was smooth from the start, found parking without really having to circle around, which is always a relief, and then getting inside was quick too. No hassle, no long wait, just kind of parked and walked right in.

"Pretty much what I expected"
i mean, I booked a day pass after looking through the photos, and it was mostly just like what I expected. The pool area looked the same as the pictures, maybe a little smaller in person, but nothing major. I still had a good time, and there weren’t any weird surprises.

I booked the day pass based on the listing, but when I got there it felt like some of the details were outdated or just not explained very clearly, so I ended up having to ask around at the hotel and figure things out as I went, which wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it was definitely annoying because the pass sounded a little better and more straightforward online than it actually was in person.

"Support got back to me way too late"
I ran into a problem with my booking and figured I’d just message support to get it sorted out. Unfortunately, it turned into this whole waiting game. I sent a couple messages and didn’t hear anything back for days. By the time someone finally replied, it didn’t really help because the issue had already pretty much passed. it was just frustrating, and I don’t see myself using resortpass again after that.

I liked this spot more than a lot of other pool bars I’ve tried. The drinks were good, the snacks came out quick, and the pool service was really nice without feeling over the top.

"Really easy pool day"
I booked a day pass the pool was really clean. Like, maybe I notice that stuff more than most people, but there was no weird smell, no trash lying around, and the towels were fully stocked too, which makes such a difference, right? It made the whole day feel super easy and relaxing. I’d definitely use resortpass again.

I tried both the app and the website and they were straightforward. I found a hotel day pass nearby, looked over the details, and booked it in just a few minutes. Nothing felt confusing or like I had to jump through random steps. The app loaded fine for me too. I’d probably use it again if I wanted an easy pool day.

I booked a pool day through ResortPass and had a quick question for the hotel about check-in. They responded fast and were friendly, which I appreciated. When we got there, the front desk already had our booking pulled up, so it was all really easy. No awkward confusion or surprise fees or anything like that. I’d probably use it again, especially since it just made the whole thing feel simple and.....

The staff were so friendly I almost didn’t know what to do with myself. Like, it was just a normal visit, but they made it feel way nicer than expected. Super kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant the whole time.

Booked a day pass and getting in was super easy, which I appreciated because I was balancing a tote bag, sunscreen, and an iced coffee at the same time. The amenities were nice and the pool was clean, so it ended up being a really relaxing afternoon. I do wish the chairs were included instead of being extra, but overall I still had a good time and would probably do it again.

Used ResortPass for a quick daycation it was decent overall. Booking was super easy, which I appreciated. The only hiccup was checking in at the hotel—everyone seemed a little unsure where to send us at first, so that part took longer than it should have. Once we got settled, the pool was nice, just a bit more crowded than I expected. Still, for a few hours away from the usual routine, it did the job. Not perfect, but I’d probably try it again

"Am I missing something with the cancellation rules?"
I’m not sure if it was just me, but I couldn’t really understand the cancellation rules. I kept looking for a clear explanation and still felt confused about what would actually happen if I canceled. Am I missing something, or could this be made a bit simpler?

Booked a pool day and the confirmation came through quickly, which was nice. When I got to the hotel, they already had my reservation, so no awkward back and forth or anything. I do wish the email had a little more info in it, like just a few extra details would've helped, but overall it was totally fine..

"Decent deals, but the fees are on them"
The deals looked good at first, but once all the extra fees started showing up, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain anymore. I get that fees happen, but they really add up fast, and that’s kind of on them for not making it feel more upfront.
