"Had a reservation for an cabana"
Had a reservation for an cabana, the pictures for advertising showed a cabana but when i arrived at the hotel in there were not a cabana just a tent that would only hold 2 people. The hotel stated we had to buy to more chairs for the other 2 guest. The manager done nothing to try to a accommodate us at all. He knew that 4 people couldn't fit under the small tent. He told me to cancel and get my money back. He also stated that alot of people come there looking for an cabana. A cabana is not a small tent that is just covering your head. Please refund my money. My reservation# 45862635. Please refund my money.

"Horrible Business"
My friend and I booked a day bed at a Marriott hotel pool. We were very excited to be able to spend the day by the pool before our flight out later that day. Unfortunately, we woke up to a tornado warning, and could not spend the day by the pool. I called the hotel, and spoke with their manager. They were more than happy to cancel the reservation, but were unable to on their end. They also told me they were most likely going to have to close the pool anyway. I tried calling resortpass, but they do not allow anyone to call and speak with a live person. Everything has to be over email. I emailed and they refused to cancel and refund the reservation, even though the weather called for a tornado warning. You would think that would be an extenuating circumstance, enough to allow a refund.

Do not book on this site for any outdoor activities if you are in a place with any potential rain/bad weather. You will waste your money.

"Excellent experience"
I booked a hotel at the resort through resortpass.com and had an excellent experience. The accommodations were clean, pleasant, and well-kept. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was also great.

"Mission Villas at silver lakes"
I give a minus 6 stars for Mission Villas of Silver Lake California (being kind). I do not like being called a moron or that I am stupid because I asked for a refund of the $100.00 cash I gave at check in. The person stated that the $100.00 cash was not a deposit (after we checked out). Then it must be he is a nice guy and I am giving him a night on the town. Very strange that the Wi-Fi was not working and he could not take credit cards only cash??? We have some concerns about our stay. (1) On the second night we were being bit by something in the master bed, had to move to guest bedroom. Arriving at home we took multi-steps to make sure the insects weren’t carried to our home. (we do not have any pets or animals at our home) (2) The repairs to the resort were done very cheaply or not at all. (3) Several lights not working and one broken above the bath in the guest bathroom (fire issues and worse). (4) One-ply toilet paper an experience you really do not wish to experience again. (5) The sinks smelled and did not drain well. (6) No Wi-Fi in the resort and 5G service was a hit and mostly miss. (7) You can not get anyone at the phone number and maid server provided no help. (8) Cheap very Cheap. Do not stay there.

I suggest if you really want to visit Helendale, California. Drive there, sleep in your car and park next to the railroad track, would be a whole lot better experience. We left early.

"I paid for daybeds at a hotel was double charged."
I paid for daybeds at a hotel. In the description on the ResortPass sigte it said that there would be a food and beverage credit that would be equal to the cost of the daybeds. The only thing that would be charged upon arrival would be anything we spent over and above the cost of the daybeds plus a service charge and tax. I was then charged for the entire amount of food and beverages plus a service fee and tax. I was not given any food and beverage credit. I am very frustrated because the day was already a splurge and now I am out nearly $800. There is not customer service phone number listed on the ResortPass site and I was also never emailed a receipt so or booking confirmation, which I found very odd. Since I checked out as a guest I cant even access the booking confirmation. I really hope someone can help me because this is wildly disappointing and financially hurtful.

"I had to cancel i ask for a refund"
I had to cancel I asked for a refund. Partial payment was a credit I had. I was not refunded any money which leaves me out $115.00. They refused to call me. I went through over 15 emails. I spoke with my bank and no monies were returned. So I lost $115.00. Terrible customer service. I will never do business with a company who doesn't even have the decency to call you. I paid $115.00 and got absolutely nothing but a headache

"Lied to me about Black Friday ☹️…"
They lied to me about the Black Friday date change policy. I emailed them asking if I could change the date if I bought a dates through a Black Friday promotion. They said yes. Now they won't let me change the date. They seem to make up their rules at whim. Wouldn't trust this company.

"Great Way to Spend the Last Day"
It was the perfect way to spend the day before a late flight! Pools we’re awesome and food and bar options were great too. Checkin staff was wonderful.

"As my first time"
As my first time, I enjoyed it. It was different not having a room to go into but as a local I came dressed to sun bathe. So all is well. I will use resort pass again for sure !

"Unethical ResortPass"
Last week, we were in the middle of the Caribbean on a cruise ship. I wasn't feeling well, so my boyfriend went to his ResortPass account and canceled the day pass, 40 hours before our reservation started at Sunspree (Puerta Plata). At the time, we didn't know that other texts, emails, etc. of ours would be dropped and lost because service is so spotty on the ship. This means that ResortPass supposedly didn't get our cancellation. SO..here we are, back at home. There is no credit (93.00) in his account. We have two cruises booked for this year, and had wanted to get anoher day pass through this company. We tried to call, but there is a canned message saying you have to email. So he emailed (by the way, he is a 71 year old with a PHD in Computer Technology!) and basically got the reply "You did not cancel, so you get nothing." Bottom line is, we don't even get a credit towards future use. Buyer beware. If you give them your money, they will keep it.

"they were very accomodating…"
they were very accomodating witheveything we need. Chairs, umbrellas towels drinks etc. The staff was very helpful and nice, courteous.

"Not a Pleasant Relaxing Pool Day"
The booking and check in at hotel for the day was fine. HOWEVER, the pool was cold as the heating element was not working. Noone was in the pool. I was unaware until I stepped in the pool with my toddler. Also the pool deck and chairs were not clean. Bird excrement was throughout along with a large gathering of birds flying around the pool and seating areas. Not a pleasant or relaxing experience.

"Wonderful day"
I had a great, relaxing time I am most certainly going back to this resort The food and drinks was amazing, The staff and the bartender most of all the bartender yes they did a phenomenal job. A overall amazing experience.
